Provider was seen; Demeaning children. ** Placing a 3 year old child in a playpen because she would not stop crying. **Threaten a child that he would be placed in the playpen for time out. **Making children eat food they do not want to eat. There was not enough informtaion to determine the provider yanked on a 3 year old child's arm.
